ADV Mudguards and Mini Fenders

Mudguards and Mini Fenders and BTG (Big Tire Gang) Mini Fenders designed to fit the Thundercat 12" tire with the stock fender!

Please note the photo here showing a mudguard that is about to be installed, both rails must be removed for installation, and ideally the tire deflated.

Mini Fenders are a new dual component design, the bottom portion is printed in Black PETG and the top in Black TPU. 

The dual component design allows the TPU to take the impact in the event the board is rolled over onto the fender, the TPU flexes rather than breaking.  The PETG portion on the bottom provides rigidity.  If the entire mini fender is printed in TPU it makes an excessive amount of noise on drops due to the flexibility.  The dual component design solves this by providing both the rigid strength and the flexible top.  The top TPU component is interlocked with a full seem imbedded T rail, making them firmly attached, this is a unique printing design that can only be accomplished with dual nozzle printers.  Each mini fender set is printed over 10 - 17 hours.

• Included photos of the black on white demonstration model, this was printed to illustrate the dual components, the white shown is TPU and the Black is PETG
• Standard Mini Fenders are compatible with stock tires and smaller
