Introducing a Revolutionary Grip Tape Design

These grip sheets represent a completely new approach to grip tape technology. Originally developed with sensor activation in mind, they are produced using two materials: rigid TPU with a 98A durometer and active foaming TPU with a softer 65A durometer.

The foamed TPU layer provides a cushioned surface that absorbs both vibration and impact. Within this layer is a structured lattice core, engineered with bridge offsets that connect the base of the grip tape to its top grip points. These internal rigid bridges allow the grip points to compress into the foam while simultaneously transferring pressure to sensor activation pillars on the bottom layer.

As the grip points conform to your shoe through compression, they deliver superior traction—making these grip sheets ideal for demanding trail rides.

Each grip sheet is produced over 9-12 hours, then cleaned and applied to 300LSE Acrylic Adhesive, making them ready for installation. 

Note: Before applying the Grip Sheet to TPU printed footpads clean the footpad thoroughly, removing all dirt and oils, clean with alcohol, consider lightly sanding the surface of the footpad first.  300LSE acrylic adhesive adheres best when warm, apply indoors after gently heating the footpad surface.  Detailed application suggestions included with order.
